Feedback and support
Tell us what is not working or what you would like to see. Tickets are a conversation, and you choose how to be notified about replies.
Sending a ticket
Send us a bug report, an idea or a question from any page of the app.
- Press the speech-bubble icon in the header (available on every page), or New ticket on the Feedback page. Feedback is also in the More menu.
- Choose a category: Bug, Idea, Question or Other. Enter a subject (up to 120 characters) and a message (up to 5000 characters).
- Press Send. The page you were on is attached automatically and shown as “Page: …”, which helps us find the problem.
Each ticket gets a number made of a letter for the category (B, I, Q or O) and seven digits, for example B0003241. You can send up to 5 new tickets per hour.
The read-only demo account cannot send tickets. For questions before you register, use the Contact page.
The conversation
Follow your tickets on the Feedback page and answer when we reply.
The page lists your tickets with their status: New, In progress or Closed. Click a ticket to open the conversation.
- When we reply, a red counter appears on the speech-bubble icon, and the reply is marked New reply until you open it.
- You can write again after we have answered. Until then the ticket shows that we will reply soon.
- A closed ticket has no reply box. Press Reopen, explain why, and the ticket returns to New.
Feedback notifications
Get a Telegram message or an email when we reply to your ticket or change its status.
On the Feedback page, the Notifications card has switches for Telegram and Email. Both are off by default and save as soon as you change them. Telegram needs your Chat ID set in Config first (see Telegram setup).
The message tells you that there is an update and links to the conversation; it does not include the text of the reply.

Crypto trading journal
A journal you have to fill in by hand tends to be abandoned after a few weeks. BitMe imports your closed futures trades straight from your exchanges, so the numbers are complete and you spend your time reviewing them instead of typing.
Is an API key safe?
It can be, if you give the key the least permission that does the job and the tool stores it properly. Here is what to check before you paste a key anywhere, and how BitMe handles each point.
Bybit position monitor
BitMe connects to your Bybit account with a read-only API key and watches your open futures positions around the clock, so a sharp move, a missing stop-loss or a shrinking margin buffer reaches you on Telegram even when you are away from the screen.
