Frequently asked questions
What API permissions does BitMe need?
Read-only access only — no withdrawal, trading or transfer permissions required. BitMe never places or modifies orders on your behalf (unless you explicitly enable the Strategy Bot).
Is my API key safe?
BitMe only ever asks for a read-only API key. Keys are stored encrypted at rest and are never used to place or cancel orders. The secret is never shown again after saving.
Which exchanges are supported?
Bybit, OKX, Toobit and BloFin (linear perpetual futures). More exchanges may be added in the future.
Does it run 24/7?
Yes. BitMe's daemon runs on our server continuously — you don't need to keep the app or browser open.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. BitMe is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it from your browser on iOS or Android for a native app experience.
