Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of BitMe (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What BitMe is
BitMe is a monitoring, alerting and trade-journaling tool for futures and other derivatives traded on the exchanges you connect (currently Bybit, OKX and BloFin) — this includes cryptocurrency contracts and any other instrument your exchange lists the same way, such as gold or silver contracts on OKX. It connects to your exchange accounts using API keys you provide, reads your positions and trade history, and sends you notifications via Telegram.
BitMe also offers an optional, experimental automated strategy feature ("Strategy Bot", currently in Beta — see Section 4). The Service does not custody your funds: all trading happens directly on the exchange you connect, under your own account there.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including for keeping your password, MFA device and API keys confidential. Notify us immediately at contact@bitme.trade if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be legally permitted to trade derivatives on your chosen exchange from your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with the terms of service of any third-party exchange you connect.
3. API keys and security
We strongly recommend creating exchange API keys scoped to read-only access wherever possible, and — where a write key is required for an optional feature such as Trade panel position management or Strategy Bot — a key limited to trading permissions only, with withdrawals disabled. BitMe will never ask you for a withdrawal-enabled key and has no legitimate use for one.
API secrets you provide are encrypted at rest and are not displayed again through the interface, including to BitMe administrators, once saved.
4. Not financial advice — risk disclosure
BitMe does not provide investment, financial or trading advice. Nothing in the Service — including alerts, journal analytics, market reports or Strategy Bot signals/orders — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Trading leveraged derivatives — cryptocurrency or otherwise — carries a high risk of loss, including the risk of losing your entire position through leverage or liquidation.
Strategy Bot is an experimental, Beta feature. It has no guaranteed performance, and past behavior — including anything shown in demo or historical data — is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any funds, orders and positions placed through it, and for setting its risk parameters. We recommend testing on a demo/paper account before enabling live orders.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
5. Service availability
BitMe depends on third-party exchange APIs and the Telegram Bot API, which are outside our control. We do our best to keep monitoring, alerts and sync reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a delayed or missed alert, a sync gap, or a failed order placement can happen due to exchange downtime, rate limits, network issues or bugs. Do not rely on BitMe as your sole safeguard against liquidation or loss — always maintain your own stop-loss and risk controls directly on the exchange.
6. Fees
BitMe is currently offered free of charge during its beta period. If and when paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be published on this site and communicated to existing users in advance; continued use of any paid feature after that point constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account or data; interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; use the Service to violate any law or the terms of a connected exchange; or reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitMe and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including from a missed or delayed alert, a sync failure, or an order placed or not placed by Strategy Bot. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting contact@bitme.trade. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is inactive for an extended period, or where required by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this site or by Telegram/email where practical. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer. Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@bitme.trade.
