Documentation: Dashboard
Dashboard
The dashboard is built from your closed futures trades, imported automatically from every connected exchange. Nothing is entered by hand.
Reading the dashboard
The dashboard turns your closed futures trades from every connected exchange into charts and key figures for the period you choose.
At the top are the key figures: net P&L, win rate, profit factor, average duration, winning and losing streaks, average win and loss, and maximum drawdown. Below them are the equity curve, the P&L calendar, daily and monthly bars, results by coin, long versus short, win versus loss, the drawdown curve and an hour-of-day heatmap. Each chart is explained in its own section below.
- Choosing the period. Use the month arrows in the header or in the calendar. Pressing “This month” while you are already on the current month switches to a year view with twelve small months; click a month to go back to the monthly view.
- Calendar. Click a day to see the trades from that day, or a week in the strip on the right to see the whole week.
- Source of the numbers. Everything is built from closed trades only. Open positions are on the Trade page.
Equity curve
The equity curve shows your cumulative net P&L over the selected period, from the first to the last closed trade.
It shows how the account grew or declined over time. Steep drops mean a losing streak or a few large losses; a flat stretch means little trading or results that cancelled out. Compare it with the drawdown curve to see how deep the dips were.
P&L calendar
The calendar colours every day by its net result: green for a profit, red for a loss, and the intensity follows the size of the result.
Click a day to open the list of that day's trades, or click a week in the strip on the right to open the whole week. Use it to spot patterns such as one bad day undoing a good week, or results that cluster around certain days.
Daily P&L
Daily P&L shows each day's result as a bar: green for profit, red for loss.
It shows at a glance whether your results are consistent or swing widely, and it highlights your best and worst days.
Monthly P&L
Monthly P&L shows each month's result as a bar. Click a bar to open the journal filtered to that month.
It helps you see long-term trends and any seasonality in your results. Losing months are worth a closer look in the context of the market conditions at the time.
P&L by symbol
This chart breaks your P&L down by symbol and shows the ten instruments that produced the most profit or loss in the selected period.
Use it to see which markets suit your style, and whether your profit comes from one or two coins while others quietly lose.
Long versus short
This chart splits your trades into long and short, by count or by value.
It shows whether you lean towards one side of the market and whether your results differ between the two directions.
Win/loss ratio
This chart shows the ratio of winning to losing trades.
A high win rate alone is not enough: the size of the average win compared with the average loss matters just as much, which is what profit factor captures. Read the two together.
Drawdown
Drawdown is how far your cumulative net P&L has fallen below its most recent peak, in money.
The drawdown curve is the equity curve minus its highest point so far, so it is zero at a new high and negative while you are below it. Max drawdown among the key figures at the top is the deepest point of that curve in the selected period.
The deeper and longer a drawdown, the more strain on your capital: it shows how much you gave back before recovering, which helps to judge the risk of an approach and to size positions.
Heatmap by hour
The heatmap shows your average P&L by hour of the day and day of the week.
Darker green means a higher average profit, darker red a higher average loss. It shows which hours of the day have been better or worse for you.

Crypto trading journal
A journal you have to fill in by hand tends to be abandoned after a few weeks. BitMe imports your closed futures trades straight from your exchanges, so the numbers are complete and you spend your time reviewing them instead of typing.
Multi-exchange position tracker
Trading on more than one exchange usually means several apps, several tabs and no single answer to “how much am I exposed, and how am I doing?”. BitMe connects Binance, Bybit, OKX and BloFin through read-only API keys and brings positions, equity, balances and results into one account.
Liquidation & stop-loss alerts
The classic futures mistakes are quiet ones: a position opened without a stop-loss, a leveraged loss that keeps growing while you are away, a margin buffer that shrinks unnoticed. BitMe watches for exactly these and messages you on Telegram before they turn into a liquidation.
